A new direction for basicdc!

Don't let the photo-centric look of the new site fool you... Basic is still a web development studio. Besides running ScoringLive, we've kept busy over the last year or so building a number of web-based software applications, as well as our fair share of "regular" sites, with more on the queue.

It is quite clear however, that our focus has shifted considerably. Been spending much more time behind the viewfinder than ever. Pretty much to the point that we've begun taking on quite a number of photo-specific requests, something that has never really been a core product of ours.

We've also partnered with Scott and TJ of Function Visual Media, and I'm stoked to get a number of projects we've been pondering from thought to reality. So be on the lookout for some crazy Function X basicdc stuff in the near future!!

So in a nutshell, this new site launch is to give more prominence to our photographic offerings, but also a way to do a quick and easy refresh to the site's frontend while installing the newest iteration of our custom CMS on the back. Woot.

Wish I had time to fully populate the site with all the content that I have at my disposal, but alas, it'll likely be sipped in over the next few weeks, at least until all the Spring sports are finally over. So in the interim, please pardon the "incompleteness."
